  Job Description
 Overview
The Intern will provide dedicated support to teams of recruiters and management team in recruiting space.
 Responsibilities
- You will play a role in supporting our Consultants in executing search projects for clients across a range of industries and including global brands, and start up enterprises.
- You will research requisitions and candidates through various media
- Working with our Consultants and project team, you may also interview and assess the suitability of candidates, manage the key search tools, and maintain accurate data/recordkeeping for our ERP/CRM system.
- Utilize corporate database to track candidates and sourcing data
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
- Assist with marketing efforts such as SNS, newsletter, PR and more
- Other administrative tasks may be given at times to support operations
 
 Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree (HR related major preferred, but not required)
- Strong English proficiency (verbal, written – heavy research required)  
- Experience with studying/living overseas preferred
- Strong work ethic, persistence and the ambition to develop and improve
- Demonstrated strong technology aptitude and ability to quickly understand and utilize online tools, Microsoft Excel, & Microsoft Word
- A high level of online proficiency, preferably with social media and networking websites
- Ability to work tight deadlines and under pressure
- Strong communication skills

- 시급 : 시간당 $10 (일일 8시간 근무 9am~6pm)

  2. 한국지사와 전화면접 (적합도 및 영어능력 확인) 
  3. 한국지사에서 대면면접
  4. 미국 본사와 화상면접
  5. 합격여부 결정

- J1 Visa 진행되는 인턴쉽 프로그램으로서 비자가 만료되는 1년이 최대 기한입니다. (연장 불가)
- J1 Visa발급 fee 뉴저지 현지에서의 주거,생활,식비 등은 모두 개인 부담입니다.
- 부모님의 동의 기타 개인 사정 등은 사전에 해결하신 지원 바랍니다
 - Visa 발급 fee : $2500 내외 (본인부담)
