Job Title: HR Specialist
Department: HR
Report to: Head of HR
Location: Seoul HQ
Target Class: Min. 3years experiences in HR including at least 1year payroll experience

TRUMPF Korea Co., Ltd is local branch of TRUMPF GmbH + Co. KG in Korea since 1997.

# Position Summary
The HR specialist is responsible for performing compensation and benefit administration including payroll
management under the limited supervision.
#Essential Functions
• Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare payroll data and review all the payroll information.
• Manage Payroll vendor ensuring its data accuracy and develop process improvement in payroll.
• Work as a focal point of payroll matters for various audit, tax and labor office if necessary
• Manage various insurance programs including statutory ones.
• Manage retirement pension program
• Manage various company benefit programs
• Assist Head of HR for compensation analysis, salary increase, incentive calculations and etc.
• Administrate expat payroll management partnering with global mobility team.
• Other special projects and activities as assigned.

#Education and Experience Requirements:
• BA degree
• Minimum 3 years work experience in HR including at least 1year payroll experience.
• Overall payroll knowledge – payroll laws and procedures.
• Interpersonal and interdepartmental communication skills
• Good communication ability in English
