학사안내 | 2019 post Graduation Diploma Pick up and Gown rental

Please see the below about the 2019 post graduation ceremony (2020.08) and Gown Rental information.

Due to the 'COVID 19' there will be no graduation ceremony but we will let students able to pick up the diploma. If students who cannot enter the country, their friends and families can pick up instead.

1. Gown Rental Period : 2020. 8. 19.(WED) ~ 8. 21.(FRI) 09:00-16:00

2. Place where can pick up Gown and Diploma: Orbishall 306

3. Rental fee for Gown and Cap

   A. Rental Fee : 53,000won(Cleaning fee 3,000won include)

   B. If you return Gown and Cap in good shape(clean) we will return 50,000won

   C. If Gown and Cap get damaged we will ask for the charge
      (Remove the tassels of the cap and remove buttons on the gown)

4. Diploma Pick up

   A. If student cannot come to pick up the diploma, their friends and families can pick up instead

   B. If families and friends need to pick up instead of students, students should email to the School of    Management Office (khsc0320@khu.ac.kr) include contents below.
     (Due date for the email: 2020. 8. 18.(Tue) 15:00)

     1) Email Title : Diploma Pick Up (Student ID Number, Name)

     2) Content

        A) Visitors info (Student ID Number, Name)

        B) Visiting Date

        C) Student name (your name)

           ex. 1. Business Administration 2010000000 Gildong Hong
               2. Accounting and Taxation 2010000001 Gildong Hong

   C. Visitors should bring their Id card (Student ID Card, Passport, and etc.)

   D. Students/Visitors can pick up the diploma at Orbishall 306 while gown renting

        After 2020. 8. 24.(MON) can pick up at the School of Management Office

※ All the students and visitors who are visiting Orbishall should be careful about their personal hygiene and must wear a mask. Also, note that all gowns are sprayed with with disinfectant spray when returning them.

※ If you have symptoms of a cold such as fever or cough after entering Korea, do not visit to the school, Please visit to the screening clinic or call 1339 to explain your arrival status and symptoms.
