학사안내 | 2023학년도 전기(2024년 2월) 학위수여식 학위증 수령 및 가운 대여 안내

<경영대학 학위수여식 및 졸업우수자 시상식>

1. 일시 : 2024년 2월 21일 수요일 오후 2시(약 1시간 가량 소요 예정)

2. 장소 : 오비스홀 111호

3. 기타 : 해당 행사에 참여를 원하는 졸업생은 가운을 착용하고 오비스홀 306호에서 학위증을 수령한 뒤 행사 시작 10분 전까지 행사장에 입실해야 합니다.(가족 및 친구 동반 가능)

<Business College Degree Award Ceremony and Graduation Excellence Award Ceremony>

1. Date and time: Wednesday, February 21, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. (approximately 1 hour will be taken)

2. Location: Obis Hall Room 111 

3. Others: Graduates who wish to participate in the event should wear a gown, receive your degree at Obis Hall 306, and enter the venue 10 minutes before the event begins. (Family and friends are allowed.) 

<졸업 가운 대여 및 학위증 수령>

1. 가운 대여 및 학위증 수령 일시 : 2024년 2월 21일(수) ~ 2월 23일(금) 

                                             오전 대여시간 : 10:00 ~ 12:00 

                                             오후 대여시간 : 13:10 ~ 17:00

2. 가운 대여 및 학위증 수령 장소 : 오비스홀 306호 

3. 가운 반납 시간 : 가운을 대여한 당일 오후 5시까지는 대여 장소로 반납하여야 함.

                         (당일 대여 당일 반납 원칙 준수)

4. 가운 대여 예치금 : 53,000원 (보증금 50,000원 및 세탁비 3,000원 포함)

   4-1) 가운 반납 시 50,000원 환불함 (세탁비 3,000원 공제)

   4-2) 현금만 사용 가능하며, 카드는 사용이 불가합니다.

5. 학생증 또는 신분증 확인 후 대여 가능하니 사전에 준비 요함.

   5-1) 학생증 또는 신분증이 없는 경우 써트피아에서 발급받은 졸업예정증명서(졸업증명서)로 대체 가능

6. 가운은 반드시 반납해야 하며, 가지고 가시면 안 됩니다. 모자와 후드 분실에 유의하시기 바랍니다.

    6-1) 가운 미반납 또는 분실 시 보증금 50,000원은 반환해드리지 않습니다.

7. 졸업식에 참석하지 못하여 학위증을 수령하지 못한 학생은 2월 26일(월)부터 경영대학 행정실에서 학위증을 수령하시기 바랍니다.

<Notice of rent a graduation gown and receive a degree>

1. Date and time of gown rental and degree receipt: February 21st (Wed) to February 23rd (Fri) 2024 

Rental hours : 10:00 ~ 12:00 

                   13:10 ~ 17:00

2. Where to rent a gown and receive a degree certificate: Obishall Room 306

3. Gown return time: The gown must be returned to the rental location by 5 p.m. on the day of rental.

(Appliance with the principle of returning on the same day of rental) 

4. Gown rental deposit: KRW 53,000 (including KRW 50,000 deposit and KRW 3,000 for laundry)

4-1) Refund of KRW 50,000 when returning gowns (Cutting KRW 3,000 for laundry fee) 

4-2) Cash only, card not available. 

5. You can rent it after checking your student ID or ID, so you need to prepare it in advance.

5-1) If you do not have a student card or ID card, you can replace it with a certificate of graduation issued by Certpia. 

6. You must return the gown and do not take it with you. Please be aware do not lose your hat and hood.

6-1) We do not return the deposit of 50,000 won in case of non-return or loss of the gown. 

7. Students who have not been able to receive their degree due to their failure to attend the graduation ceremony should receive it from the business school administration office from February 26th (Monday).

<学位服租赁及领取学位证>

1.学位服租赁及领取学位证日期: 2024年2月21日(周三) ~ 2月23日(周五)

首尔时间：10:00 ~ 17:00 (午休时间12-1点 除外)

2.学位服租赁及领取学位证地点:Orbis Hall经营大学306室

3.学位服归还时间:租赁学位服的当天下午5点前，在租赁地点归还。

（请遵守当日出借当日返还原则）

4.学位服租赁金额: 53,000韩币(含 干洗费3,000韩币)

4-1)返还学位服时，将退还50,000韩币(扣除 干洗费3,000韩币)

4-2)只能用现金，不能用卡。

5.因须确认学生身份，请务必提前准备好学生证或身份证。

5-1) 没有学生证或身份证时，可用certpia签发的毕业预定证明书（毕业证明书）代替

6.学位服穿戴后必须归还，不得带走，请注意不要遗失。

6-1) 未返还或丢失学士服时，不退还50000韩元的保证金。
