Description</u></strong><br><strong>&nbsp;Overview</strong><br>The Intern will
provide dedicated support to teams of recruiters and management team in
recruiting space.<br>&nbsp;<strong>Responsibilities</strong><br>- You will play a
role in supporting our Consultants in executing search projects for clients
across a range of industries and including global brands, and start up
enterprises.<br>- You will research requisitions and candidates through various
media<br>- Working with our Consultants and project team, you may also interview
and assess the suitability of candidates, manage the key search tools, and
maintain accurate data/recordkeeping for our ERP/CRM system.<br>- Utilize
corporate database to track candidates and sourcing data<br>- Develop a pool of
qualified candidates in advance of need.<br>- Research and recommend new sources
for active and passive candidate recruiting.<br>- Build networks to find
qualified passive candidates.<br>- Assist with marketing efforts such as SNS,
newsletter, PR and more<br>- Other administrative tasks may be given at times to
support operations<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<strong>Qualifications</strong><br>-&nbsp;BA/BS Degree
(HR related major preferred, but not required)<br>- Strong English proficiency
(verbal, written – heavy research required) &nbsp;<br>-&nbsp;Experience with
studying/living overseas preferred<br>-&nbsp;Strong work ethic, persistence and the
ambition to develop and improve<br>-&nbsp;Demonstrated strong technology aptitude and
ability to quickly understand and utilize online tools, Microsoft Excel, &amp;
Microsoft Word<br>-&nbsp;A high level of online proficiency, preferably with social
media and networking websites<br>-&nbsp;Ability to work tight deadlines and under
