Data Science & Consulting Track
Track Course Overview
- Develop decision-making skills based on data in line with the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution
- Recently, companies are recognizing data as an asset and making decisions based on it. Accordingly, we are nurturing human resources with both management and data analysis skills.
- Aims to train data consultants from a management perspective rather than data engineers
- Korea Management Association Consulting, B2N Co., Ltd., BC Card, and Samjeong KPMG collaborate to foster talent proficient in data and consulting work.
Track course completion requirements
- Those who have completed the basic business administration major courses (business statistics, business administration theory, responsible management, accounting principles) and major required courses (management information system, management accounting 1, marketing principles, production and operation management, financial management, organizational behavior theory)
- Those with a GPA of 2.7 or higher
- Those who have completed a track course must also meet the basic completion requirements specified by the department, such as major basics, major requirements, and major electives, to complete a single major.
- Business analytics is essential. In addition, one of Capstone Design (Business Administration), Capstone Design 2 (Business Administration), or field training is required.

- After taking the business analytics class, you must take at least one of Capstone Design (Business Administration), Capstone Design 2 (Business Administration), and field training.
- As a non-curricular subject, we encourage domestic and international activities related to business analytics, data analysis, and consulting, contests, and club activities to obtain certification.
